Arts & MediaHands-on Workshops
Students step into a working media college and learn creative and technical skills by doing them: writing a story, framing a shot, drawing from observation and recording sound. Faculty explain, then students practise.

Multiple disciplines of arts and media

It was a great experience. I learned about points and lines in drawing, 2D and 3D figures, and stop-motion. I enjoy drawing cartoons in my free time, so these sessions were especially interesting to me. I learned many new things and really enjoyed the visit. I would like to come again!

We learned how films are made, from developing a story to shooting it. We explored wide shots, close-ups, and the different roles involved in a film. I found the session interesting and helpful. It made me want to learn more about filmmaking and consider it as something I could pursue in the future.
