Life SkillsFor Life Beyond Exams
Our Life Skills Programme equips students with essential skills viz. self-awareness, meditation, confidence, public speaking, body language, stress management, time management, decision making, negotiation, assertiveness, reproductive and adolescent health.
We engage with authoritative institutes and experienced individuals to develop our programmes. Eg. Vipassana Institute for meditation, Krishnamurti Foundation for Self-awareness, or Theatre Artist and Radio Jockey for public speaking.
Through practical exercises, activity based workshops, and interaction with experienced trainers, students learn the essential skills, enabling them to face challenges with clarity and self-belief.
