What the enquiry form collects
When you send an enquiry on our Partner with us page, we receive the details you type in: your name, organisation, email address, phone number (optional), what kind of organisation you are (optional), the programmes you are interested in (optional), your location (optional) and your message. Please don’t include personal details about students in your message.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible programme or partnership with you. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who processes it
The form is delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party service. FormSubmit receives what you submit and forwards it to us by email. According to FormSubmit, it keeps submissions for up to 30 days. Their own terms and privacy policy apply to that processing.
Fonts
This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When a page opens, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and basic browser information. Google’s privacy policy applies to that connection.
How long we keep enquiries
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and then delete them, unless we enter into a partnership, in which case they are kept with that partnership’s records.
Asking us to delete your details
To see, correct or delete the details you sent us, email gnanesh@gnaanueducation.com. We will reply as soon as we can.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
